The Suproflex is TACO Marine's premium co-extruded rub rail system — engineered to outperform traditional vinyl rub rail in flexibility, impact resistance, and installation ease. This complete 80 ft. kit in the medium profile covers boats up to 65 ft. and arrives ready to install with moulding and chrome insert included.
The co-extrusion process bonds two vinyl compounds in a single profile: a rigid backing that holds shape and fastens securely to the hull, and a soft-durometer front face with shock-absorbing channels that absorb impact from docks, pilings, and other boats. The result is a rub rail that protects better than single-compound vinyl and installs faster — no pre-forming required, and minimal heating needed even on curved hulls. Made in the USA, backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
