The Suproflex Medium 80 ft. Rub Rail Kit is built for larger center consoles, walkarounds, and cruisers where a 60 ft. kit falls short. The extra 20 feet of coverage means fewer splices, a cleaner finished look, and enough material to wrap a full hull run on boats in the 35–50 ft. range without piecing together multiple kits.
The co-extruded vinyl construction pairs a rigid backing with a soft-durometer front face that absorbs dock contact and impact without cracking or deforming. The ultra-flexible profile requires no pre-forming and minimal heating, so it follows compound curves and hull transitions cleanly during installation. The Black/Chrome colorway delivers a sharp, high-contrast finish that works particularly well on dark or two-tone hulls.

The 80 ft. Medium kit is the right choice for boats in the 35–50 ft. range where a single uninterrupted run is preferred. If your hull is closer to 25–35 ft., the Suproflex Medium 60 ft. Black/Chrome is the more economical fit. Prefer a white or chrome finish? The Suproflex Medium 60 ft. White/Chrome and Suproflex Medium 80 ft. White/Chrome are direct color alternatives. For smaller vessels, step down to the Suproflex Small 60 ft. Black/Chrome. Always confirm your hull’s existing channel width and mounting surface before ordering — the Medium profile has a specific channel dimension that must match your extrusion or backing strip. Replacement inserts are available separately if the extrusion is still in good condition.
