The Cole Hersee 90030BP is a heavy-duty momentary push-button switch with a plated steel housing, rated at 35A at 12V DC (20A at 24V DC). The high current rating makes it suitable for demanding applications such as engine starters, windlass controls, and other high-draw circuits where a standard low-amperage push-button switch would be undersized.
The recessed face nut is designed to prevent accidental actuation — the button sits below the face nut surface so it cannot be triggered by incidental contact. An O-ring seal in the mounting stem protects against moisture ingress at the panel. Two screw terminals provide secure wiring connections. The 5/8"-32 mounting stem (21/32" long) fits standard marine panel cutouts.

Best Use Case: Designed for high-current momentary switching applications on marine vessels — most commonly used as an engine start button, windlass or anchor winch control, or bow thruster activation switch where the circuit draws more current than a standard push-button switch can handle. The recessed face nut is particularly valuable in locations where accidental activation could cause a safety issue.
