Epifanes RapidClear Semi-Gloss Varnish — 750ml
A fast-drying, single-part alkyd-urethane varnish that delivers a warm, semi-gloss finish on bare or previously varnished wood. RapidClear is formulated to build quickly — multiple coats can be applied in a single day — making it the practical choice when you need a durable, good-looking finish without a multi-day cure schedule. The semi-gloss sheen reduces glare while still showcasing the natural grain of teak, mahogany, and other marine hardwoods.

Best suited for interior woodwork, cabinetry, handrails, and trim where a fast build schedule matters and a full gloss finish isn’t required. RapidClear’s rapid recoat window makes it ideal for refits where the boat needs to be back in service quickly, or for seasonal touch-ups on brightwork that doesn’t see constant UV exposure. For exterior brightwork in high-UV environments, a high-build gloss varnish with UV filters will offer longer service life between maintenance coats. If you need to thin for brush application or spray, pair with Epifanes Brush Thinner for Polyurethane Varnish.
