Hustler® 12.5 x 8 – 3-Blade Aluminum Propeller
The Hustler® aluminum propeller delivers stainless steel-level performance at a fraction of the cost. Built for 25–75hp outboards with 3.5" gearcases, this 12.5 x 8 three-blade design is engineered for boaters who want strong bow lift and solid all-around performance without moving to stainless steel pricing.
The 8" pitch makes this one of the lower-pitch options in the Hustler® 3.5" lineup — ideal for heavier boats, pontoons, or heavily loaded hulls where mid-range pull and hole shot matter more than outright top speed. Unlike conventional die-cast aluminum props, the Hustler® is produced from the same blade geometry as stainless steel designs and manufactured using a squeeze casting process that eliminates the air pockets and weak grain structure common in die-cast alternatives. The result is a stiffer, faster blade that holds its shape under load.
A five-step Ultracoat™ powder-coated finish protects against corrosion and keeps the prop looking sharp season after season.
