Designed for surface or panel mounting applications where a flush-mount installation isn’t possible or preferred, the kit includes both the upper and lower brackets along with all required mounting hardware — everything needed for a clean, secure installation in one package.
Compatible with both the Pro Control Assist and Pro Control Auto controller units, this bracket kit is the correct mounting solution when the controller needs to be surface-mounted rather than recessed into a panel.

Best Use Case: This bracket kit is the right solution when a customer needs to surface-mount their Pro Control controller — for example, on a helm console face, a dash panel, or any location where cutting a flush-mount hole is not practical. It is most commonly needed when a customer purchases a controller kit separately and their installation does not accommodate a flush-mount recess. Confirm whether the customer is mounting a controller (which uses this bracket) or a keypad (which is flush-mount only and does not use this bracket).
Controller vs. Keypad: This bracket is for the Pro Control controller unit, not the flush-mount keypad. The keypad (15175-106 for Assist, 15174-107 for Auto) is designed for panel cutout installation and does not use this bracket. If a customer asks about mounting a keypad, direct them to the keypad’s cutout dimensions (2.75" × 4.37" face, 2 1/16" hole cutout) instead.
Hardware Included: All mounting fasteners are included in the kit. No additional hardware needs to be sourced separately.
