The Seachoice 85630 is a lightweight, low-profile inflatable personal flotation device designed exclusively for the Canadian market. Its manual-only inflation system gives the wearer complete control by deploying only when the inflation handle is pulled. The compact design remains comfortable during warm-weather boating and can also be worn over heavier outerwear in cooler conditions. Featuring a 33-gram CO₂ cylinder, it provides 150 N of buoyancy and Type III performance in a Canadian Coast Guard Type V PFD.

Fitment Notice
This inflatable PFD is intended for adults weighing at least 48.5 kg (107 lb) with chest sizes between 76 and 132 cm (30–52 in). It is supplied unarmed and must be properly fitted, armed and inspected before use. Because this is a manual-only model, the wearer must be conscious and able to activate the inflation handle. Always verify that this style of PFD is appropriate for your boating activity and complies with applicable Canadian regulations.
When This PFD Needs Replacement or Service
Inspect the PFD before every outing. Replace the CO₂ cylinder and manual activation components immediately after deployment or whenever they become damaged, corroded or expired. Replace the complete PFD if the bladder, shell, webbing or buckle becomes worn or damaged.
Installation Notes
Install a new 33-gram CO₂ cylinder and verify that the manual activation mechanism is correctly armed before use. Check the status of all components during routine inspections and store the PFD in a clean, dry location away from excessive heat and moisture.
