Seachoice 9" Poly Roller Cover — 3/8" Green Nap
A dependable replacement roller cover for standard 9-inch frames, designed for smooth and consistent paint application on hulls, topsides, and deck surfaces. The 3/8" green nap holds a good volume of paint for efficient coverage on semi-smooth surfaces, while the phenolic core resists moisture and solvent absorption to keep the cover firm and stable throughout the job.

Best Use Case: Best suited for applying antifouling bottom paint, topside enamels, or deck coatings on fibreglass and painted surfaces. The green nap is a common choice for colour-coding a dedicated bottom paint roller — keeping it separate from covers used on topsides or primers. The 3/8" depth gives good paint pickup without leaving excessive texture on moderately smooth surfaces. Have a few covers on hand per job; swapping to a fresh cover mid-coat keeps the finish even and avoids lint transfer from a saturated roller.
