Tempress 44730 Access Hatch with Cam Latch — 13" × 30", White
The largest hatch in the Tempress Access Cam Latch range, the 44730 is built for applications where a full-length opening matters — think rod storage compartments, long cockpit lockers, and under-gunwale storage runs where shorter hatches simply don’t give you the reach you need. The 13" × 30" opening is secured by the same proven quarter-turn cam latch system used across the entire Access range, compressing the gasket firmly into the frame for a weather-tight seal without tools.
The lid is molded from glass-filled polypropylene — rigid, UV-stable, and walk-on rated for high-traffic deck areas. The patented integral hinge allows the lid to be removed completely when you need unobstructed access to the full length of the compartment, and the beveled, skirted edge conceals all mounting fasteners for a finished appearance above and below deck.
