Product Description
The Xantrex PROsine Remote Interface Kit allows the removable LCD display supplied with a compatible PROsine inverter to be installed in a more convenient monitoring and control location. Designed for PROsine 1000 and PROsine 1800 inverters, the kit lets the existing display be moved away from the inverter enclosure while retaining access to inverter controls, operating status and electrical information.

Fitment Notice
This is a remote-interface mounting kit, not a complete replacement LCD display. It is intended to relocate the removable display supplied with the compatible PROsine inverter.
Verify the inverter model and part number before ordering. It is not designed for Freedom, PROwatt, XPower or other Xantrex inverter families unless specifically listed by Xantrex.
Do not confuse this kit with the Xantrex 808-1802 Remote LCD Panel, which is listed as a separate PROsine accessory.
Installation Notes
Remove the existing LCD display from the inverter and install it in the desired remote location using the interface kit. Select a mounting position that is:
- Dry and protected from spray
- Easily visible and accessible
- Away from excessive heat
- Protected from physical damage
- Within the permitted communication-cable distance
Disconnect inverter and battery power before removing the display or connecting the remote-interface wiring. Follow the Xantrex installation instructions for cable routing, mounting dimensions and connector orientation.
When This Product Needs Replacement
Inspect or replace the interface kit if:
- The remote display operates intermittently
- Display information becomes unavailable despite a functioning inverter
- The communication cable or connectors are damaged
- Connector contacts show corrosion or moisture intrusion
- The mounting enclosure is cracked or no longer secures the display
- Controls respond inconsistently from the remote location
Before replacing the kit, inspect the display module, cable connections and inverter communication port.
