Humminbird XPLORE 12 CHO – 12" Full-HD Fish Finder
The XPLORE 12 CHO is the largest display in the XPLORE series, putting a full 12-inch Full-HD screen at the helm with Humminbird’s complete MEGA sonar suite built in. MEGA Side Imaging+ and MEGA Down Imaging+ deliver sharp, wide-coverage underwater imagery, while Dual Spectrum CHIRP sonar provides reliable target separation at any depth. The Cross Touch® interface lets you navigate menus by touch or knob — whichever works best when you’re on the water.

Best use case: The XPLORE 12 CHO is the right choice for anglers who want the largest available XPLORE display and already have a compatible Humminbird transducer installed — or who are building a custom sonar stack and selecting their transducer separately, such as the XM 14 HW CMSI T Compact MEGA Side Imaging+ Transducer (7103111). The CHO configuration avoids paying for a duplicate transducer when one is already on the boat.
Compatibility note: Verify your existing transducer connector type before ordering. MEGA Side Imaging+ and MEGA Down Imaging+ require MEGA-capable transducers — standard CHIRP transducers will not unlock those imaging modes on this unit.
One-Boat Network: Full trolling motor integration requires a compatible Minn Kota motor with i-Pilot Link or Ulterra/Ultrex platform. Confirm motor compatibility before assuming full GPS handoff functionality.
Screen size consideration: The 12" display is best suited to larger console or dash installations with adequate mounting depth. Measure your available space carefully — the XPLORE 10 CHO is a better fit for tighter helm setups.
