A rugged, caged roller frame designed for applying epoxy coatings, resins, and marine paints with precision and control. The heavy-duty cage construction holds 7" full-width foam roller covers securely in place, and also accommodates covers cut to narrower widths for tighter spaces or detail work. Built to handle the viscosity of epoxy systems without flex or slop in the frame.

Best Use Case: This roller frame is the right tool for customers applying epoxy in thin, even coats over larger surface areas — hull encapsulation, deck coating, or barrier coat work. The 3" width gives more control than a full 9" roller while still covering ground faster than a brush. Pair it with a compatible epoxy system such as the West System C105A Epoxy Resin (946 ml) and the West System 206 Slow Hardener for laminating and coating work. For customers doing fiberglass lay-up, also recommend the West System 4 oz. Woven Glass Fabric (50", 10 yd.) or the West System Biaxial E-Glass Fabric (17 oz., 50" x 20 yd.). Note: roller covers are sold separately — confirm the customer has the correct foam covers for epoxy use (solvent-free, closed-cell foam) to avoid contamination or shedding in the wet epoxy.
