Ancor Marine Grade™ Tinned Battery Lugs – #8 AWG, 1/2" Fastener, 2-Pack
The right lug for #8 AWG cable on a large-stud terminal. While most small-gauge accessory circuits use 5/16" or 3/8" studs, some bus bars, ground blocks, and battery terminals are built around a 1/2" bolt — and this is the lug that fits. Pure copper construction delivers maximum conductivity, the tinned finish fights corrosion in salt air and bilge environments, and the closed-end barrel keeps moisture out of the crimp for a connection that stays reliable over time.

Best use case: This lug is the least common of the three #8 AWG fastener sizes — reach for it specifically when your terminal stud measures 1/2". If you’re not sure of your stud size, measure before ordering: the 1/2" hole is noticeably larger than the standard 5/16" or 3/8".
