Lenco Pro Control Auto 12V Trim Tab System – 9" × 12" Standard Kit
Experience hands-free trim tab control with the Lenco Pro Control Auto system. This complete 9" × 12" standard mount kit includes everything needed to install a fully automatic trim tab system — blades, actuators, controller keypad, IMU sensor, and all required cabling.
The Pro Control Auto uses an integrated IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) to continuously measure the vessel’s pitch and roll, automatically adjusting the trim tabs to keep the boat level without any operator input. When conditions change — shifting weight, varying speeds, or choppy water — the system responds in real time. The flush-mount keypad also supports manual override and Day and Night display modes for full operator control when you want it.
The 9" × 12" standard blade size is well suited to center console fishing boats, cuddy cabin cruisers, and similar mid-size hulls in the 17–22 ft range. Blades are fabricated from 12-gauge 304 stainless steel with a 5/8" flared trailing edge for long-term corrosion resistance.

Best Use Case: This is the right kit for a customer doing a full trim tab installation on a mid-size center console, cuddy cabin, or similar hull in the 17–22 ft range who wants fully automatic levelling without manual input. Everything needed for a complete single-station helm installation is included. This is the Auto-series equivalent of the Pro Control Assist 9" × 12" Kit (15181-106) — recommend the Auto when the customer prioritizes hands-free operation.
Auto vs. Assist: The Pro Control Auto uses an IMU to automatically level the boat in real time. The Pro Control Assist uses manual memory-position control. The Auto kit is priced higher but eliminates the need for the operator to monitor and adjust trim. For customers who prefer active control or are on a tighter budget, the Assist 9" × 12" Kit (15181-106) is the alternative.
Wake Signal Adapter: Unlike the Assist kit, this Auto kit does not include Wake Signal Adapters in the listed contents. Confirm with the customer whether their engine is Mercury or non-Mercury. If non-Mercury, a Wake Signal Adapter will be required for proper system operation and should be added to the order separately.
Blade Size Selection: The 9" × 12" blade is the entry size. For heavier or longer hulls (typically 22 ft and up), recommend the 12" × 12" standard or edge mount kits. Edge mount is preferred when transom space is limited or a lower actuator profile is needed.
Flybridge Upsell: If the customer has a dual-station vessel, the Pro Control Auto Flybridge Keypad Kit (15176-107) adds a second keypad and the additional IMU needed for the flybridge station. It connects directly to the CAN bus network included in this kit.
IMU Replacement: If the auto-levelling function fails after installation, the most common cause is a failed IMU. The replacement part is the Lenco Pro Control Auto Replacement IMU (15180-001).
