Lenco Pro Control Auto 12V Trim Tab System – 12" × 12" Standard Kit
Bring hands-free trim tab control to larger vessels with the Lenco Pro Control Auto system. This complete 12" × 12" standard mount kit includes everything needed for a full automatic trim tab installation — blades, actuators, controller keypad, IMU sensor, and all required cabling.
The Pro Control Auto uses an integrated IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) to continuously measure the vessel’s pitch and roll, automatically adjusting the trim tabs to keep the boat level without any operator input. Whether you’re running at speed, shifting weight, or navigating choppy water, the system responds in real time. The flush-mount keypad also supports manual override and Day and Night display modes for full operator control when you want it.
The 12" × 12" standard blade size is well suited to larger center consoles, express cruisers, and similar hulls in the 22–28 ft range. Blades are fabricated from 12-gauge 304 stainless steel with a 5/8" flared trailing edge for long-term corrosion resistance.

Blade Size Guide
The 12" × 12" standard blade is the mid-size option in the Pro Control Auto lineup, best suited to hulls in the 22–28 ft range. For smaller vessels, see the 9" × 12" Auto kit. If transom space is limited or a lower actuator profile is needed, consider the edge mount version:

Best Use Case: This is the right kit for a customer doing a full trim tab installation on a larger center console, express cruiser, or similar hull in the 22–28 ft range who wants fully automatic levelling without manual input. Everything needed for a complete single-station helm installation is included. This is the Auto-series equivalent of the Pro Control Assist 12" × 12" Standard Kit (15183-106) — recommend the Auto when the customer prioritizes hands-free operation over cost savings.
Standard vs. Edge Mount: Standard mount is the most common installation. Edge mount (15186-107) is preferred when the transom has limited vertical space or the customer wants a lower actuator profile — the actuator mounts at the trailing edge of the blade, giving a 3" lower mounting height. Auto vs. Assist: The Pro Control Auto uses an IMU to automatically level the boat in real time. If the customer prefers active manual control or is on a tighter budget, direct them to the Pro Control Assist 12" × 12" Standard Kit (15183-106).
Wake Signal Adapter: This Auto kit does not include Wake Signal Adapters in the listed contents. Confirm with the customer whether their engine is Mercury or non-Mercury. If non-Mercury, a Wake Signal Adapter will be required for proper system operation and should be added to the order separately.
Blade Size Selection: The 12" × 12" blade is the mid-size option. For smaller hulls (17–22 ft), recommend the Pro Control Auto 9" × 12" Kit (15182-107). For heavier or longer hulls above 28 ft, a larger blade or dual-tab configuration may be appropriate — consult Lenco’s sizing guide.
Flybridge Upsell: If the customer has a dual-station vessel, the Pro Control Auto Flybridge Keypad Kit (15176-107) adds a second keypad and the additional IMU needed for the flybridge station. It connects directly to the CAN bus network included in this kit.
IMU Replacement: If auto-levelling fails post-installation, the most common cause is a failed IMU. The replacement part is the Lenco Pro Control Auto Replacement IMU (15180-001).
