The OceanLED X16 Xtreme is a surface-mount underwater LED light from the X-Series range, designed for boats where a flush or through-hull installation is not practical. Built from chemically resistant optical polymer with a built-in driver, the X16 delivers a wide 60° circular beam that works across a variety of mounting positions — hull sides, transoms, swim platforms and exterior deck or cockpit surfaces. This variant is finished in Midnight Blue with a white bezel, combining a distinctive colour output with a clean, low-profile appearance. IP69K certified and equipped with active thermal control, the X16 is built for permanent marine installation in demanding conditions.

Intended Use
Designed for surface mounting on hulls, transoms, swim platforms and exterior deck surfaces where a through-hull or flush-mount installation is not possible or preferred. The X16 is well suited to recreational powerboats, centre consoles and sportfishers where underwater lighting for fish attraction, night swimming or dock presence is desired without major hull modification.
Fitment Notice
This is a surface-mount light — it does not require a hull penetration. Confirm that the mounting surface is flat enough to achieve a watertight seal with the supplied gasket. Installation and Use Notes
Mount to a clean, flat surface using the supplied hardware and gasket. Connect to a dedicated circuit with appropriate fusing. The built-in driver eliminates the need for a separate driver enclosure. Activate fish strobe mode via the control switch according to the instructions supplied with the light. Rinse with fresh water after salt-water exposure and inspect the mounting seal periodically.
