Raymarine i70s Multifunction Instrument Display
Part Number: E70327 (distributor SKU: 152-E70327)
Brand: Raymarine
Model: i70s
UPC: 723193812297
Type: Multifunction marine instrument display — display-only package
Product Overview
The Raymarine i70s is a compact 4.1-inch color multifunction instrument display designed for helm-mounted marine instrumentation. Using a SeaTalkng network connection, it can show data from depth, speed, wind, GPS, navigation, engine, tank level, environmental, AIS, and fuel sources — depending on connected sensors and interfaces. The optically bonded LCD delivers strong contrast and readability in bright sunlight, and pages are fully customizable with digital, analog, and graphical display options.
- Display: 4.1-inch color LCD, optically bonded
- Customizable pages: digital, analog, and graphical data display modes
- Data types: depth, speed, wind, GPS/navigation, engine, tank level, fuel, AIS, environmental
- Network: SeaTalkng (compatible with NMEA 2000 via adapter)
- AIS repeater capability for displaying nearby vessel targets
- Waterproof rating: IPX6 / IPX7
- Operating temperature: −20°C to +55°C
- This is the display-only package — sensors, transducers, and backbone components are not included
Package Contents
- 1 × i70s instrument display with black bezel
- 1 × Panel-seal gasket
- 1 × 400mm SeaTalkng spur cable
- 1 × Sun cover
- 1 × Spare gunmetal bezel
- 4 × Mounting screws
Compatible Applications
- New Raymarine SeaTalkng instrument system installations
- Expanding an existing Raymarine SeaTalkng or NMEA 2000 instrument network with an additional display
- Replacing a failed or damaged helm instrument display
- Vessels adding multifunction instrument data display at a secondary helm position
Network Note: The i70s connects natively to a SeaTalkng backbone. For integration with a standard NMEA 2000 (DeviceNet) backbone, use the Raymarine A06076 SeaTalkng-to-DeviceNet Adaptor Cable. A compatible backbone, terminators, and power connection are required. Sensors and transducers must be connected separately to provide the data displayed on the unit.

- Connect the display to the SeaTalkng backbone using the supplied 400mm spur cable and a compatible T-connector or 5-way connector block
- For NMEA 2000 integration, use the SeaTalkng-to-DeviceNet adaptor
- Ensure the backbone has power connected and terminators installed at both ends before powering on
- Configure data pages and sources through the i70s display setup menu after commissioning
Technical FAQ
Does this include transducers or sensors? No — E70327 is the display-only package. Sensors and transducers such as a depth/speed/temperature transducer or wind transducer must be purchased and connected separately, along with the appropriate interface (such as the Raymarine iTC-5 transducer converter for analog transducers).
Is the i70s compatible with NMEA 2000 networks? Yes, with the appropriate SeaTalkng-to-DeviceNet adaptor. The i70s connects natively to SeaTalkng, which is Raymarine’s implementation of NMEA 2000.
Can the i70s display AIS targets? Yes — when connected to a compatible AIS receiver on the network, the i70s can repeat AIS target data.
Can multiple i70s displays be added to the same network? Yes — multiple i70s units can share the same SeaTalkng backbone and display data from the same connected sensors.

Parts Desk Insights
The key distinction for E70327 is that it is the i70s display only — no transducers, iTC-5 converter, or backbone hardware included. The most common customer confusion is expecting a ready-to-install system in the box. When a customer needs a complete first-time installation with sensors and network backbone, direct them to the appropriate i70s instrument system pack instead. For customers adding a second or third display to an existing SeaTalkng network, E70327 is the correct choice and they only need the display, a spur cable, and a T-connector or 5-way connector to add it to an existing backbone.
