BRP Female Fuel Fitting – Scepter 05787
A direct-fit female fuel connector for BRP (Evinrude/Johnson) outboard fuel systems. The Scepter 05787 uses o-ring construction to deliver a tight, leak-free seal at the line or engine end of your fuel assembly — built to OEM specifications so it drops right in without modification.
Best Use Case
Use this fitting when replacing a worn or damaged female connector on a BRP-compatible fuel line. It’s designed for Evinrude and Johnson outboards that use the BRP quick-connect fuel system. The 05787 and 05822 are both BRP female fittings but are distinct parts — confirm the part number from the original fitting or engine service manual before ordering. The 05787 is the lighter of the two (27g vs 29g), which may indicate a different port diameter or line size. If the customer is unsure which applies, ask them to check the markings on the existing fitting or measure the fuel line diameter. The standard male tank pairing is the Scepter 04068.
