The Hustler 4-blade is a high-performance aluminum propeller built on a Dual Geometry platform — delivering the hole shot, handling, and load-carrying advantages of a 4-blade design without the top-end speed penalty that typically comes with it. Engineered for high-horsepower outboards and sterndrives from 90 to 300+hp with 4.75-inch gearcases, and manufactured using a proprietary squeeze-casting process that delivers near-stainless-steel performance at an aluminum price.

The 4-blade Hustler in 14.5 x 17 pitch is ideal for watersports boats, sterndrive applications, tri-toons, and bay boats running 90–300+hp outboards or sterndrives where acceleration, cornering, and load-carrying matter as much as top-end speed. The LH rotation version is designed for the port-side engine on counter-rotating twin-engine setups, or specific single-engine applications that call for counter-rotation. The 17-pitch delivers a strong balance of hole shot and top-end performance — well-suited to boats that carry variable loads, tow riders, or need confident handling in choppy conditions. In a twin-engine counter-rotating setup, pairing this LH prop with the RH version gives you balanced thrust, reduced torque steer, and improved handling at all speeds.
Dual Geometry — How It Works
Two blades use an aggressive variable-rake design for explosive acceleration and cornering grip. The other two use an offshore-style profile for high-speed efficiency and maximum stern lift. The result: 4-blade handling and load capacity with 3-blade top-end speed — and full hull lift that maintains speed under load where a 3-blade can lose up to 3 mph.
