Seachoice 4" Poly Roller Cover — 3/8" White Nap
A mini roller cover built for detail painting, tight corners, and small surface areas where a full-size roller simply won’t fit. At just 4 inches wide, it gives you precise control over paint placement on transoms, rudders, keels, waterline bands, locker interiors, and other confined spaces. The 3/8" white nap holds enough paint for efficient coverage on semi-smooth surfaces while keeping the application manageable. The phenolic core resists moisture and solvent absorption, keeping the cover firm and stable throughout the job.

Best Use Case: The 4" cover is the right tool when you need to paint in areas a standard roller can’t reach — keel edges, rudder faces, waterline stripes, cockpit corners, and the inside faces of lockers and hatches. It’s also a practical choice for small tenders and dinghies where a 7" or 9" cover would be overkill. The 3/8" nap works well for antifouling and primer in these tight spots; for a smoother finish coat in confined areas, pair it with a short-nap foam cover if available. Keep a few spares on hand — small covers saturate quickly and are worth swapping out mid-coat for a cleaner result.
