Seachoice 3" Poly Roller Cover — 3/8" White Nap
The smallest cover in the Seachoice roller range, built for precision painting in the tightest spaces on board. At just 3 inches wide, it gives you maximum control in areas where even a 4-inch cover is too wide — narrow waterline bands, keel edges, rudder leading edges, hatch frames, and other confined surfaces that need a clean, controlled coat. The 3/8" white nap holds enough paint for efficient coverage on semi-smooth surfaces without overloading the application. The phenolic core resists moisture and solvent absorption, keeping the cover firm and stable throughout the job.

Best Use Case: Reach for the 3" cover when you need to paint a stripe, edge, or narrow panel with a roller rather than a brush — it gives you the speed and even coverage of a roller in spaces where a wider cover would overlap onto adjacent surfaces. Common applications include waterline boot stripes, keel leading edges, rudder faces, and the narrow faces of swim platforms and transoms. It’s also useful for touch-up work where you want to blend a small area without disturbing the surrounding finish. These small covers saturate quickly, so have a couple on hand and swap to a fresh one if coverage starts to thin out mid-coat.
